Lights off at 11pm, the dog gets me up at 5.30am on the dot for her breakfast, back to bed for an hour and then up to start getting all my little fellas school stuff and breakfast ready.
Unfortunately the dog is unaware that the weekends exist, so up at 5.30 on Sat / Sun too.
If it`s nice at that time in the Summer, I`ll take her for a walk over to the local woods, which can be glorious and you also get to meet other insomniacs with their dogs
