What time do you go to bed/wake up?

On a night when I'm in work the next day I go to bed between 12-15am and 12-30am and get up at 7-15am. I start work at 8am but I only have a short walk to get there.

I do tend to wake up a couple of times during the night though. Bizarrely it tends to be at similar times.

Been up since 1am and wide awake . Go the gym now to stay sane then off to the rugby for the 2 semis at Bolton . I’m glad that I’ve got a busy day otherwise I’d be spending the day in and out of bed and miserable.

As a result of early rising for some sixty years, first to walk the couple of miles to school, then when I was older, catching the half six bus to get to work the alarm in my head has me wide awake no later than 0530.
If I wake earlier it's a bugger to get back off. Going to bed anytime before half nine at night is a no no for me.

Bed as early as possible.

Wake whenever my son decides I should, usually at least an hour before I have to be up for work.

Recently retired after 40 years of doing shifts, so just trying to find a decent sleep pattern. Try going 11pm ish and get up 7 30ish, but usually awake between 3 and 4am.

Anyone nap in the day?

I love one after work
Before the two kids arrived (3 y/o & 6 m) I was a night owl staying up late for no reason and sleeping in where possible. Would typically get home after work and very easily fall asleep on the couch at 5.30pm for an hour or so.

Now it's bed by 10pm. Alarm set for 5.30am. We rotate night feed / nightmare waking duty at the minute...so never know how much you'll get. I've gotten so used to 4/5 hrs sleep a night that even if I was away on hols or on a sesh I'd still wake at 5/6am.

On Sunday just gone I had a rare afternoon nap for an hour. Actually made me feel worse!

I usually feel worse but still have them

Makes no sense to me either...

Shift work + new born baby. Survive on avg 4 hours a night. Not unusual to go 24-30 hours wothout. Not healthy
