Unfortunately when on early shift I'm up at 0415, I then have a one and a half hour drive, fortunately I am in a carpool of 4, during the journey as now I have an opportunity to catch-up on the whimsical musings of the good lids on here.

usually pretty late,1/2/3am and up by 6/7am,i dont sleep during the day either to make up the sleep i dont get in the night etc, oddly i find i am more awake the less sleep i have, and feel wrecked if i have to much sleep

before i had to leave work,it was bed at midnight and up at 4am

Usually 10pm, asleep by 10:30-11pm. Awake between 6am-7am, but often earlier. I can deal with shorter nights as long as they are uninterupted, but it's the waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep for 2 hours than can kill me

Bed about 10-11pm and the alarm set for anywhere between 5.30 - 6 for work.

Last few weeks I'll often sleep in till about 9-10 when I'm off work even if I'm in bed for 10 the night before...been absolutely knackered by the time my day off has come round. I'm guessing it's working outside in this weather.

All over the place , sleep apnea , PMLS, anxiety ocd and depression have me up the wall . Constantly fatigued In the day then a switch is flicked and anxiety and ocd sends me into a manic frenzy lol .

Shoot me
Do you wear a c-pap mask for the sleep apnea ? I've got it despite not fitting the stereotype of being old or fat and I've used the machine for about 3 years now and it's been a life changer, dunno how i didn't crash driving home from work in the afternoon some days i was fighting sleep that much.

yeah mate I’ve had it since November . It took a while getting used to but now I’m starting to get the benefit of it . My sleep is still all over the place but it’s defo helping.

I've got an auto-immune condition which knocks me flat at the drop of a hat. Afternoons are particularly dodgy. I head for bed about 10pm and sometimes get up 3 or 4 hours later. But it just depends. There's no pattern, unfortunately.
