Been fasting for a few year man, it’s not a thing now, just regular maintenance. How you getting on? You’ll notice a difference like.

I do the 8/16 one.

Only issue I have is a massive crash around 2pm after I’ve had my first meal of the day.

Take it you’re supposed to break it with something light?

Yeah that’s good gear that. To be honest I don’t know the answer to that but reckon you’re on the money. Try something lighter. Carbs make me crash so I tend to break with something kind to my stomach and nutritious. Each body to their own though.

Yeh mate I’m defo noticing a difference. At first I wasn’t as good during the 8 hours of eating. Was being a pig. Now I eat pretty healthy during that period.

I started lifting during the fast period aswell. Tried cardio during the fast period but really struggle with that.

How long you been doing it for? Most notice big change in 2/3 weeks in adjusting to it. Think you’re further down the line there, well in.

I do lifting and boxing more or less back to back at the end of my fast and don’t really notice it anymore. Nothing that black coffee can’t fix. Also been doing some longer lasts and again not too bad. Wish I’d found fasting earlier.

Few months now but been on and off. I tend to not bother at weekends and turn into a junkie though.

Last month I’ve been pretty regimented though and defo noticed differences.

That’s what I do too, every night through the week and weekends are mine. Gotta make it realistic mate. Have you found yourself choosing to consume healthily on weekends at all?
