When are you putting the heating on?

Its jumpers and blankets in the day for me, take off the blankets for online meetings admittedly.

In the evening I cook a meal which keeps the flat cosy for a while.

Then hot water bottles, blankets and bed.

Of course my other half complains about the smell of meat and opens the window and destroys my tactics on a regular basis but you cant have everything.

not loaded unfortunately, but with a 3-year old and another on the way we've just started putting it on a modest setting. Not that the radiators get superhot here anyway, our Housing Association is capping it.

Best thing I brought last year. Heating not on yet,,, warms the lounge up nicely
But it’s cold in the bedroom but usually a hand shandy takes the cold away

Still 18c during the day down here on the south coast. A month ago it was 33c every bloody day and warm enough at night that we had the windows open and fans on.

Admittedly the nights are cooler now, dropping down to around 6c, so we've finally closed the windows, turned the fan off and gone back to having a duvet on the bed. But heating? No. Just don't need it at the moment. I just took the dog out for a walk in shorts and a t-shirt FFS.
