The kids can't do anything but spend money because they'll never "make it" outside the parents shadow and then the grandkids usually just waste the rest. It's really interesting.

Depends how it is left for them. Trusts and stuff.

I am far from wealthy, maybe a week or so of a PL players wage. But I will ensure that my minor autistic son wont be left a penny outside of a trust fund for him.

Looks like Mahrez is next on their agenda, however he'd command a significant transfer fee. Given that they are offering players about 20x their previous salaries, are they going to go in with a £500m bid for Mahrez? Wouldn't surprise me if they go after a Newcastle player for megabucks to allow them to improve their squad.

Or sign top players for big money on huge wages, then loan them to Newcastle for gratis. Has to be on the cards somewhere surely.

Can be no way it would ever be allowed. I mean, nothing would surprise me in this corrupt league as long as the right people are having their palms greased, but something so brazen..
