As someone who has been on forums since the days of Dial-up and BBS playing Trade Wars and other turn-based PBM's this is what I have come to affectionately refer to the tyrany of number. Basicly, if you get enough people together on the internet there will be a fight. Of course it doens't help that we are all faceless and that text often lacks any of the emotive qualities of body language but there you have it.

personally, I thought it was good to see some frank exchanges of views ,and if anyone gets too personal, or if anyone gets offended, they can contact the mods and have the matter dealt with properly.
As for the topic.....
I don't think Moyes was bemoaning a lack of funds available to him, just echoing the thoughts we've all had about some of the transfers this season:
£5M+ for Koumas
£5M+ for Richardson
£8.5M for Reo Coker
£6-7M for Nugent
Some managers have found the tv money down the back of the sofa and gone [Poor language removed] mental... I'm glad Davey's kept his head on his shoulders pulling in Jags for £3m plus Naysmith (which, in my book, makes it £1.5M ) and the soon to be completed capture of Riquelme (crosses everything.... uncrosses knackers, that really hurts)b)
Blair we just did not get it quite right, we take Jags off their hands and give them Nace, we should have added Bt for 5 mill from them.
No Blair. 4 mill for jag less the 1.5 mill for Nace leaves us owing 2.5 and then they give us 5 mill for BT thus a profit of 2.5 mill.
