Bournemouth have got some decent players now. I'd swap our squad for theirs. Their manager is a bit of an unknown quantity but was rated in Spain.
We really need to wait until Sept 1st to be able to answer that.
However, I do believe Dyche can grind out results in a way that Lampard never could. I think that even with the current squad we could be somewhere between about 13th to sixteenth.
Two or three good signings could get us somewhere around mid table.
If we had a creative midfielder and if we could start every game with a functioning centre forward we would improve enormously just as we did last year when DCL was in the team for half a dozen games.

Bottom 3 and relegated. That is based upon the team we currently have and having zero confidence in Moshiri, Bill and Kev delivering what is needed. They still haven't learned their lesson after 2 close scrape through's and it is an nap that Dyche will begin the season without the players he needs leading to a frustrating first few games, a last minute panic and scramble in the window and complete and utter failure once again as fully expected.

I fully expect us to finish with enough points for 4th place only for the EPL to deduct around 60 points due to financial irregularities (later attributed to Mosh weighing out Kia for unreported agent fees) and relegating us.

Hard to imagine they get more than 40 points so they will be fighting for survival once again. Dyche does tend to play 1-0 type games so that provides some hope of bumbling their way to survival. I just don't see the budget or brains to significantly improve the goal scoring.
I foresee something like this.
