Once , on the three main topics that is associated to the headline. Because genuine fans on here need to hear and listen to NEUTRAL views as to why we are becoming a laughing stock and need to wake up.

4 times, you’ve got a shocking post history mush, everything you write about Everton is negative, I wonder why

The club is seen as a stepping stone to all its employees

As fans , the club is bigger than everyone sadly its employees don't see it that way.

Because ive been watching/supporting them since 1956. Am now almost 67 yrs old and would like to see us playing magnificent again before my time is up. For some time now we've been dross and want things to change asap.

67 with a 9 year old, fair play mush

How? I only see evidence to the contrary. We've got better players and are clearly going backwards on the pitch.
I think one of our biggest problems is complete lack of player development, we buy them and just expect them to be good, that seems to be the full extent of our 'plan'. Seems to be Carlo's plan too, just tell them they're dead good, put them on the pitch and hope they do good football.
Those first 5 games of the season were the best football we've played in years. For one reason or another we haven't had that 11 playing together since.

Ancelotti has also managed to get a tune out of players that were written off under Silva.

For me, there is no way you look at this season compared to last and say we are worse off.

I don't see it quite that way, the people we have at the club have come down from the very top and unlikely to go back or are the ones that are not quite top level and see Everton as a big enough name to stay.

In other words everyone is comfortable. If we had more players seeing us as a stepping stone they might be pulling out their fingers to give a decent performance to attract the more successful clubs. Godfrey, DCL and Richarlison are about the only ones that haven't already been at a big club and have the ability to push on to that level.

Too much of a hodge podge of players chosen under different managers that don't fit cohesively into a balanced (let alone winning) team. A lot of those are on too high wage and have too high a book value and can't be shifted.

Choose a manager and stick with him whilst we build a decent team and squad under that manager. I have no problem with Ancelotti having another season or two if he is backed consistently in the transfer market.

Long term the replacement for Ancelotti will have to show that whatever style or system they want will be compatible with the players we have or at least evolve smoothly.

I still think that we're on the cusp of serious improvement. Some of these last games have been sickeners mind.

In regards to the Moshiri stuff i think the issue with him is that he has Kia Joorabchin chirping in his ear every 5 mins. That guy has some really weird views on stuff within the game and is pretty much universally disliked for good reasons.
