For me theres only two names:

De Boer
Klopp

De Boer is a proven winner and plays young players which he has half of a top side of with us.

Klopp should see us as the next best option outside the top teams who wont change managers anytime soon.
Now thats the caliber we should be looking at. Not that i want Roberto sacked like

But im seeing people say sack roberto and replace him with the likes of steve bruce, peter reid, gary neville, even saw someone on twitter say get mick mccarthy in ffs

Some absolute crazies supporting us

can't see klopp leaving dortmund

Obviously want the likes of Klopp, but that's not going to happen. We're basically in the same situation as Aston Villa, we'll get a bog standard British manager.
which won't get us to where we want to be either. everyone wants and expects us to be pushing for CL and Europe every year (rightfully so) but then suggest mid table British managers who've never been there.

David Unsworth.

I'm not one for changing managers all the while, but to leave Alcaraz on the pitch (and payroll) was madness.

Martinez is too inconsistent for me - if Alcaraz was kept in the side tonight for his performance against Newcastle, then why wasn't Robles kept in a few weeks ago? They're both 'his' men too.

I think a lot of nonsense is spoken about tactics, as it's players that win you games, not formations. But his team selections baffle at times, and why this season have we seen the return of the predictable 'Moyes' substitutions?

I've very nearly had it with Martinez. So, as much as I love Duncan, I have a feeling that this may be a tad early in his career so I'd leave him as a first team coach and promote David Unsworth. I've just got a feeling he'd do a good job at this moment in time.

I'm probably wrong like.
considering the type of player he was, he is actually rated as a very progressive and forward thinking coach, at least that's the impression i get from him

Depressing thread this...looks like Everton is stuck with Booby by default. I'm expecting Prozac sales to soar in L4 pharmacies.

I'd have both McClaren and Moyes over the current clown in charge. Maradona and Paulo Di Canio are also available.

Laudrup for me.

He only got sacked because the squad couldn't cope with Europe and the league.

He buys well. (Bony, Michu, Guzman, Yueng). Won a trophy. Plays good football.
