I stand corrected.

But you're some kind of ref nonce to know all that.

I was merely a sheep regurgitating what the baying mob were shouting at the time.

We'll done you for educating the 97%.

Cheers.

Thats what most of us do, hear someone say something & pass it off as fact. Especially when the untruth adds extra credence to the narrative. Quite dangerous when a lie becomes fact that’s handed down through generations & adds EVEN more to a sense of burning injustice for decades, over what is actually an untruth.
“Merely a sheep regurgitating what the baying mob were shouting”. Quite damning.

Suppose that explains why most of your lot think Chelsea fans and the NF where responsible for Heysel

Mine too, and although we didn't realise it at the time, his decision was directly responsible for springboarding the RS into their golden period of late seventies and the eighties.

Clive Thomas was directly responsible for them winning 4 European Cups & 9 League titles? I knew he was a twunt but come on.

You're being too literally there, my old mucker. Just a suggestion from me that IF we'd, sorry Everton, had won and not them who knows which way things would swing.

C Thomas - as someone's already said, he deliberately made controversial decisions so that he would be the centre of attention
Clattenburg/Collina - corrupt
For me the winner(?) has to be Poll. Bottled making a decision when the ball hit Don Hutchinson's arse from less than 10 yards. Years late he said that he was looking the other way and didn't see the incident (the footage shows that to be untrue). Just to cement his place as spineless/incompetent he then gave out three yellow cards in a world cup game. Magnificent!
