Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Are you serious?

That it's been two games.

Five weeks ago we were all saying Everton had turned a corner and looked completely different to last season. It doesn't take much for good form to come to an end.
I was talking about emery changing things round at villa, even short term or an instant impact if you like.

This thread is hypothetical about WHO should take over from lampard not whether or not he should be sacked.

I would keep him. Constantly sacking managers isn't healthy for a team/club.

I was only saying that villa did their business fast and got their man in, whereas we'd probably dwell and still mess things up.

He’s smart enough to not bother, the first sign of trouble the grumbles will start to oust him
Did you hear him on Talk Sport yesterday? He is defo sniffing about, no sight or sound from him for ages then is on the radio yesterday, also mentioned us a couple of times, including Frank specifically saying how he is doing a good job.
It's as if he made a point of not wanting to be heard saying anything negative about him incase he does get the sack and takes his job

Disagree statistically we were being peppered with shots and having either Pickford pulling off worldie saves or the opposition hitting the woodwork every game.

We've been bang average all season and quickly getting worse now teams have figured us oot and Lampard has no plan B.

The proposed names for replacement are ghastly if it does happen I would like an experienced but revelant manager and one that has never been involved with everton before

Thomas frank for me, he’s done superbly at Brentford. But really, Frank needs the opportunity to get some firepower in, but his situation is precarious and these last 2 games suggests he’s seriously lost his way.
Guys Thomas Frank is competing for a European place right now. He's not giving that up so he can maybe do the same thing in 3 years here.

If we can hire Carlo Ancelotti I refuse to believe we cannot get Brentford’s manager. But you make a good point, sacking lampard to bring in Vitor is not the answer and I’d rather spend money on a striker than pay 10 mill in compensation and redundancy

The proposed names according to some random bloke posting on this site.

Thelwall will have his own list and aside from maybe one of the names, I doubt any of them are on his list.
