Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Who would want a manager from a second class league which Celtic win by just turning up? Celtic would struggle to survive in the PL.
Totally agree, he hasn't managed in any decent league. Doing well with Celtic for a couple of seasons is not great preparation for the Premier League. Brendan Rogers is struggling with Leicester and they're not quite as [Poor language removed] as we are. I'm not sure anyone can turn the tide this time around. Our players are just so poor compared to other teams. Recruitment has been dire for decades but this lot beggar belief. We need a miracle, even greater than the Palace win last season .

For the team we have Dyche may be the solution
Rooney has done very badly in America
Martinez stank the place last time around
Lampard is obviously a liability if he remains for Southampton
The better managers will not touch us
Carrick is too bold a move for the Board

If we dont want to change a lot on the style of play, Dyche and Moyes should be the best choice.
Of course, if poch wants the job, he should the 1st target.
I would put Martinez on No.3. We need an experienced PL manager to remain in PL rather trying a new young manager like Rooney or Big Dunc.

The manager search like our player recruitment doesn't stretch beyond "names" and known quantities. They never appoint someone who fits the long term identity(whatever it is) regardless of their name because they have no imagination or pre planning, so of that bunch Dyche is the choice for me because he would fight to keep us up.

It really doesn’t matter mate, the board need a bomb dropping on them so until they’re gone then new strikers/wingers/managers will fail! The evidence is there to say it will.
