they’re is NO guarantee that a new manager changes it.

all know it the whole club is a sinking ship
Its a difficult because sticking hasn`t worked, I can`t see anything that tells me Frank will get any more... There is better manangers on the market or obtainable, the way some go on about no one else being able to do better than Frank is laughable, he isn`t Guardiola, he is barely Rafael Benitez!

Just pay Tuchel or Poch whatever they want for an 18 month gig, save us this season, keep us in the league next season and get the squad in some decent shape, and we’ll make you the best paid manager in the world.

Has to be Dyche due to our position. Knows the league and has been in a scrap. Two year deal keep us in the league for the next two seasons and shift the garbage in the squad. Once we are more financially stable a more expansive manager can be brought in.

you can’t shift what people don’t wanna buy

can we sell our whole team?

who mate?
I`ve already done a piece where I listed 20 managers, other managers can get more out of this team than Lampard, absolutely guaranteed. If you don`t listen to me listen to the ex-pros who say Everton don`t look like a well coached side, no plan, no identity etc...

EDIT: When Frank eventually get canned you`ll see...

well i will to see what manager comes in and TRYS to keep us up with these players ;)

Put it this way......

If we change the board will that impact results? Not in the short term, don`t forget they will be under the same FFP restrictions as Moshiri.
The club needs a long term fix not just a manager that'll scrape us in to a 17th place finish this season. If getting a new manager is the only change the club makes then we're going to be in a relegation battle every season until we eventually go down.
If we change the manager will that impact results? Yes
There's no guarantee a change would impact results. The results might be just ss bad with whoever they put in charge because the players are awful and make too many mistakes.
