Who should replace Frank Lampard?

With the current cast of shitheads available there is absolutely zero point in sacking the manager as it will just be exactly the same if that board are still here.
I thought that until very recently. Unfortunately Frank's decision making in terms of when to be compact and when to play is killing us...and that's with a huge amount of context of his being denied forward players.

Marcello Gallardo... River Plate's most successful manager. Young - ish. Plays Good football (apparently) and importantly for us is a free agent. Exactly the type of manager we need to be looking at for me. Would he come though? Probably not...
There’s no way this board have even heard of marcelo gallardo. The only credentials they’re interested in a manager is premier league experience.

I just watched Lampards presser....... Deluded

The one guy everyone wants to keep is the guy doing the most damage to our Premier League status.... There will be some coming at me saying the board are to blame, yes they are massively BUT our biggest concern is getting results, Frank can`t and there are managers available that will.

Put it this way......

If we change the board will that impact results? Not in the short term, don`t forget they will be under the same FFP restrictions as Moshiri.

If we change the manager will that impact results? Yes

Of course my brother, I do not deny that. But they gave him the funds to improve the squad to the tune of £40m net, and him and Thelwell got it majorly wrong.

We all know the whole club needs starting again, but in such a perilous position you cannot get that as wrong as they did in the transfer market this summer. Both of them need to go, but I doubt either will any time soon.

i agree mate

Short term change should be manager to effect immediate results, medium term e,g, between now and end of season the board and longer term the ownership

At this point i would even tolerate Dyche and that shows you just far we have fallen because i would never have ever entertained that previously. I just want someone who can manage and organise a team properly and more importantly consistently instead of the continuous nightmare of watching a manager, his staff and 11 players not having a clue what they are doing while hoping the supporters drag them through again.

God only knows what set up and formation he is going to go with tomorrow night but you can guarantee it wont work and it will be everyone elses fault except theirs.
Dyche rips the head off it to pictures of Thatcher, swerve

I wouldnt say everybody wants to keep Lampard.

I consider myself quite patient and even I think he should be sacked, which tells me that the majority should indeed want him sacked.

But you never know with the silent majority.

87th out of all the 92 teams for points in the entire football league! I wanted to back Lampard but he's overseen the majority of those games. Seriously embarrassing

This Biff's name keeps getting branded about for the past 3 years.

He's been at River Plate for 8 years and no other club in world football has poached him. Not even China!
