I’m talking long term planning, not turning into a yo-yo club whereby we may come up with him but then go back down

I’d rather have a reset and stability
Agree honestly i dont kno what dyche would be like, agree he would have to adapt his ways long term if here. Think it just run its course with his time with burnley was hard to change after being at the club for such a long time. Is the most inportant thing about the next manager is creating a new culture at this club get young hungry players back into the club like what moyes did cahill baines jags ect.
 
Can’t even think of anyone who’d come, they’d be on a hiding to nothing. Have to have some serious self belief to believe you could get this lot safe.
 
I really don’t think anyone has the slightest chance of keeping this nonsense of a squad in the league. Perhaps Dyche would be the logical choice.

That’s my major concern, it was his club at Burnley. He ran everything, it’s just totally different

He may come in and be good, I just can’t see it
