I literally have no idea
But I’d rather the club have some sort of plan, where changing manager (in the future) doesn’t impact the team. One our and one in with no minimal transition.
Back room staff ours, new manager may bring one or two; but all this compete change is just crazy.
We wanted this manager who didn't even achieve promotion from championship. So it's an improvement to say the least.
Because he won 4 of 30 last season before getting sacked and his replacement promptly won 3 of 8. He's crap and a fraud. So how come you're so against Dyche?
The "we need a long term plan" sounds nice, but how many managers last 3+ years or whatever?
Clubs bleeding out - needed to bring Dyche in over a month ago. He kept worse Burnley sides up than this, and even if not - the fella joined Burnley in Oct, got them promoted. They went straight back down as favourites to do so, but he then promoted again an they stayed there for 6 seasons. Sure, wheels come off but that's football isn't it - managers fail eventually.
Snobbery an pride is why we turn our noses up at Dyche - I don't want him either, but he was the logical choice over a month ago.
Now? Makes no odds but at least the fella has credentials of promoting teams.

That's football.
Managers go stale/off it.
If not Dyche, sound. Name someone else.
Hope you have a nice evening mate
Dyche will have Danjuma on the bench and McNeil starting every week
Hope you have a nice evening mate
It’s got nothing to do with snobbery. So how come you're so against Dyche?

I'd rather we got Kompany instead but he would genuinely not leave Burnley for us.That's football.

He'd be sacked in like 4 months when we're downIt’s got nothing to do with snobbery.
It’s to do with Sean Dyche was at Burnley for 10 years, it was his club and his culture. Basically like Moyes at us
Saying he’ll come in and that’ll be it, we’ll be organised like Burnley and we’ll organised is far fetched.
And to add, Burnley were renowned for not scoring many goals. He’ll have one of the worst attacking line ups in the league.
We’ll see anyway, I’m sure he’ll be in by Monday and I’m guessing he’ll be sacked with 18 months, then we can switch to another manager with a completely different style and start the process all over again
The joy
