Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Not sure dyche would be the right manager to get us back with a fighing chance. We need someone that can somehow make sure the bad bunch of players we have exceed every week now for the rest of the season, and that can identify quickly a formation that gets us results.

6 month with trigger 12 month if keeps us up.
I would like whoever is in charge next whatever happens to stay in charge next season if we stay up or go down. Need to start planning for both now, gives time to get ready and have a style ready. I get the dyche shout is hard to really pic another name who would come here and make a massive change. Dyche would have to adapt here

My choice after much research and given our position and personnel would be Nuno Espirito Santo.... Just let the stats do the talking, worked under Thelwell before..... a better version of Dyche.

Experience in the Championship but Mendes ran the show at Wolves for him an they spent an absolute fortune.

Also would cost a small fortune to bring him/all his staff.

Hard to say. If results are similar to Lampard then no I wouldn’t give him the start of the Championship.

We have to see a substantial uptick in results.

I'm not at all - it's too late now anyway but pragmatism friend.

I've said openly Dyche is the only person I can think of, and I've given my reasons why.

I don't care who you say, I'm not expecting you to convince me - who cares? my point is if you can't name any plausible alternatives, then your criticism of "The board going with Dyche would be unforgivable" etc loses validity.
Well you could go for some like Bielsa with an understudy who’d look to take the reins in 2 years, a clear plan. He sets a template with the club.

Or you could like at AVB, or even Adi Hutter who plays a 3-5-2 (Thelwells favourite formation), see if Gallardo fancies it.

Whatever it is, it needs to be planned out and thought through, not reactive
