Who should replace Frank Lampard?

We need a manager used to battling relegation.
A manager who gets the best out of underperforming players.
A manager used to working on a shoestring budget.

The Everton job was made for Dyche or Allyrdyce.
I dislike Allardyce as a human so would much prefer Dychr

Yes. Three points the difference. Trouble is of those 7 teams Everton look the weakest at this moment in time. We need make significant changes and quickly. Even then it may not be enough but it must be done immediately
They've waited far too long but if they act now, sack Frank appoint a manager and bringing a few players on top of Danjuma we have a chance. I refuse to believe this squad is as bad as it looks its partly on a lack of quality in forward areas we started the season ok in defence but as other teams saw we had nothing up front we lost and lost and our confidence has been broken and the manager is clueless to change it tactically or give simple directions to make us hard to beat. Has to go if he doesn't we are going. If he goes we can fight each match again gives us a shot. It's getting slimmer each day Lamps stays

I
I think there is little doubt about that.

If given certain guarantees I think he might well come back, but that is seriously unlikely.

Something needs to be done and quickly.
I have to be honest, at the time i wasnt overly supportive due to the ‘playing style’. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and i do think he would have had us in a better place than we are now.

Im more concerned with results and commitment than style of play now. What i would give to be bored in mid table now.

please, not dyche and his caveman football.

we must be able to do better than him.

there is still half a season to play and it's still so close at the bottom.

no need to scrape the barrel just yet.

If Dyche had played expansive attacking football with the resources he had available, Burnley as a football club would no longer be a thing and their ground would be a Matalan. We wouldn’t even know his name.

He’s earned the right to show what he can do with more resources and better players. Whether that should be here or even in the PL is anyone’s guess. Maybe not.

The sickening thing is, he genuinely may not want to tank his reputation by coming here.
