Who should replace Frank Lampard?

We could appoint Pep and still be rubbish, or appoint Joey Barton and stay up.....the point is, what ever manager could get a tune out of this team is complete guesswork

We need a manager used to battling relegation.
A manager who gets the best out of underperforming players.
A manager used to working on a shoestring budget.

The Everton job was made for Dyche or Allyrdyce.
Why would Allardyce come back here after the way we treated him last time? Theres an argument that if we stuck with him we wouldnt be in this mess now…

I wouldnt necessarily subscribe to a manager that is used to battling relegation, why would you want a manager that constantly has their team at the bottom of the league... I wouldnt even subscribe to needing PL experience just look at Di Zerbi, Jones, O`Neil, Lopetegui, Cooper even Vierira and Marsch last season.

Dyche is the only manager I think would potentially galvanise the team and set us up to survive.
Erm…

Load of crap Stan. The lad at Forest shows there are talented English coaches/managers.
Stan Collymore was on the Across the Park podcast, what he means is they get a free pass because of their playing career.... and that both havent improved players under them, which I agree with, under Frank our players have regressed.

Maybe, but his wording is terrible on that tweet. Big name players aren’t necessarily the best coaches. I mean, guys like Fergie and Martin O’Neill had decent careers, but Moyes spent most of it the lower leagues and Cooper was absolute mince.

Maybe do not overpromote people based on irrelevant achievements… like Wayne Rooney!

Marsch is dreadful mate it's proper kamikaze football he plays, Id be surprised if he is still there next season. I do agree on the PL experience thing, it's total nonsense imo, most of the successful managers in recent years came here with no PL experience (Pep, Klopp, Tuchel, Ten hag is doing much better than a lot of people thought. I do wish we would look further a field for a manager, there are some decent names out of work at the moment who could easily do a job for us at the moment but I'm sure it will be the usual names.
