Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Let's be honest, the bookies know nothing, the odds improving are just based on the betting activities. A better judge (if KT is truly in charge of picking the next manager) is to look at the players we currently have in the team, look at how we've done our recruitment and judge what the central vision has been - then pick a manager who fits that vision and can get the best out of the players. Imo, bringing in Onana, Gana and Garner in one window tells me the club prioritised tightening up the midfield with experienced recruitment at the back (Tarks and Coady) trying to make a defensively solid team. Signing McNeil and choosing not to sell AG10 indicates that we're reliant on youth/determination in attacking positions with Patterson and Myko providing deep crosses for the big target man up top. If you look at how FL used to set up with Derby/Chelsea he had aggressive attacking wingbacks, which Patterson played like at the start of the season. I'd say they'd be looking for a manager who is a proper coach, who can inspire and get the best out of the youth players we have. We need someone who managers progressive midfield tactics to get the best out of the core three in midfield but who allows the wide players to provide inspiration and creativity.
For that reason I think there are only two options: Lee Carsley and Ralph Hansenhuttl

Our forwards can’t score goals., Our defence can’t defend. Our midfield can’t string two passes together. Our manager can’t manage a win. Or for that matter , a draw. Our D.O.F. ( or whatever he is ) can’t indentify what the team actually needs. Our board can’t make decisions. Our owner doesn’t want to know. And so on this saga goes. No one wants to do anything. No one has a bloody clue.

It’s getting hard to support a football club , that seems to have given up supporting its self. But what can you do? It’s also hard to give up something that has been part of your life for over 50 years. That’s for me Everton. Fifty years supporting , for better or worse. Aaarrrggghh.

So come on Everton , someone make a bloody decision. End this Lampard nonsense now. It ain’t working. Get a firefighter in now. Keep this club in the premier league. Or at the very least , give a new manager a chance to keep us up. End this dopey , dozy , sleep walking approach to everything.
And yes , I know that this is not all on Lampards head. Moshiri and Kenwright have to go. But tbh I’m just concerned about results. Results that we are not getting. So let’s make that manager change . Because we are going down with Lampard. And no guarantee of getting back up . So come on Everton , make a bloody decision. Just make a decision.
