Biesla would storm out the first day of training watching Dwight McNeil plod around the pitch. Definitely don't have the players or the fitness to implement his style and like you mentioned he is very volatile. Wouldn't be a compatible fit at all

I want change yes but dont want somebody come in add more to it. I want a manager to come in like todesco a fixed formation and go from that a bring specific players in to fit the system then if that manager moves on you bring in another who can fit the style to carry on. Like what brighton have done

Eddie Howe went 18 months between the Bournemouth and Newcastle jobs. Perhaps it's a case of waiting for the right one.
