Agree i want change and time to build a team, yes it wont be fixed this window but long term we need change in this squad. Said about

I want change yes but dont want somebody come in add more to it. I want a manager to come in like todesco a fixed formation and go from that a bring specific players in to fit the system then if that manager moves on you bring in another who can fit the style to carry on. Like what brighton have done
All very fair and logical, but then you must remember we are owned by Farhad Moshiri.

If there's one thing Farhad likes, it's a superstar manager. Now, that manager may be a superstar purely because of his playing career, like Koeman or Lampard, or he might be a superstar because of his managerial career, like Ancelotti or Benitez, but he likes a superstar. Bielsa is right up his street.

It is what it is.

You act like theres two choices keep Frank or go for biesla. Theres a multitude of other options, frank wasn't capable but biesla's high energy style doesn't suit our team either
Forget suiting our team. They've been indulged and suited for far too long. We need a big bazooka to save this season: something nuts is about all we have left to roll now.

Didn't he also want vitor as well? But I think you're correct he seems fixated on a percieved big name in some context

I will raise my hand and admit I am a fan of bielsa and his football style with the one exception of his concept of man marking. I also believe that we will go down if we hire him as we just do not have the style of players needed to pull that off this season and get enough points to stay up at the same time.

He will take no guff from anyone especially a meddlesome board. I do like that.

Sadly if we want to stay up we need to go with someone like Dyche who will play the ugliest football imaginable and hopefully scrape us enough points.

Best of both worlds for me is hire a temp to save us and bielsa in the summer so he can implement his system. We need a phillips type to anchor the system and some players with high motors. Iwobi and Onana would do well in a fluid bielsa system.

Interesting times.

Agree with you is why i hope therwell is the one making this choice, club has to back the dof and try for long term structure. But honestly you cant even think what the mess of this board will do
