Who should replace Frank Lampard?

We need a coach, not an old school manager, and Bielsa is a coach above all. But I have no idea how he could possibly implement his style on these players.

It would probably work ok next year if we went down, but I don't see how we would survive playing Bielsa - ball

That's the issue. Bringing in a manager to get them to play how he wants and not how they can is what put us here in the first place.

Pace, stamina, aggression under Bielsa. None of these players have that.

If you were British maybe for the chance to manage a historically huge club, these days the only reason would be a wheelbarrow full of cash.

He’s built them up to being a handy club, well run, great structure, idolised there.

He’ll be going for the goal of Europe or a Trophy to confirm Brentford legendary status unless a team with a plan come for him.

All very fair and logical, but then you must remember we are owned by Farhad Moshiri.

If there's one thing Farhad likes, it's a superstar manager. Now, that manager may be a superstar purely because of his playing career, like Koeman or Lampard, or he might be a superstar because of his managerial career, like Ancelotti or Benitez, but he likes a superstar. Bielsa is right up his street.

It is what it is.
Is Bielsa a superstar player or a superstar manager?

I know I am always a Gallardo fan-boy, but knowing his effect on HTAFC, I wish Carlos Coberan was still available. He transformed town in his time there, and is doing the same to West Brom.

But Bielsa would be badass.
