Who should replace Frank Lampard?

We get each players’ bank manager on a committee.

Play well, get paid. Play poorly, banking error in the bank’s favour.

No chance he has a contract to 2017, Brentford would take us to the cleaners.

Sounds like us that.

Besides, the question was "Why Bielsa?"
Do we really want to start losing games 4-0, 5-0 or 6-0?
I’m not a particular advocate for Bielsa , but he is a coach who has inspired and is highly respected by many of todays top coaches.
I like his style of play and he did very well at Leeds until that final season.
Presented with a choice between Dyche and Bielsa it’s Bielsa every time for me , I wouldn’t even consider the Kettering Klown.

I wonder how many weeks it will take to secure the services of a new manager? Obviously we will need to wait until the transfer window closes and get them tricky games against Arsenal and the RS out of the way so perhaps Bielsa can have a crack at his old club Leeds for his first game. Probably get thrashed but at least the away support can give him a warm welcome

Whose the man to keep us up then ?
No one without additions to the playing squad.

Tedesco did a good job with unfancied clubs, but still young. Never happen, but I think of the options that have been mentioned, the most likely to keep us up would be Thomas Frank. But he would never come here.

But my issue is with your suggestion. Not only is Dyche a bad manager, but what you proposed simply wouldn't worm.
