Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Sam said on some podcast he has had no contact with the club and according to Dom King yesterday we don't want to go down the route of an Allardyce or Dyche unless it's a last resort sort of thing.
He did. But you just know he's waiting for that call... and he's as plausible a candidate as what's out there given what we know so far. And a last resort is exactly how it will be framed, given we are currently in the Last Chance Saloon.
 

I think Moyes would keep us up, he's great at getting the basics right, making teams hard to beat etc, the problem he has is progressing from there which constantly makes him a victim of his own success (Ignoring the disaster at Sunderland here btw).
