The speed Vs Cahill one give me a chuckle

18 months and then legged it or 7+ years of great service to arguably one of our most iconic player in the last 20 years

I'm chuckling at how many rate Cahill as some kind of Everton legend.

Commited, without doubt. But an average player on technical ability. (Which is what I read this thread is about, maybe I'm wrong? @Guru888?)

Speed was a better player, that is the question, Cahill was great at certain things but very limited. Speed was a baller.
The question was solely on who was the better player, for example Lukaku was better than Naismith, but I’d rather go for a pint with Naismith

Pienaar is my favourite Everton player since 2000 so it must include him but Trev Gareth and Tim . I would say that an Arteta type is what would be nice this summer please Mr moshiri.
On his day he was worth the entrance fee alone, sumptuous footballer.

I feel he'd be looked upon even more fondly if he'd have gotten his hands on a medal... Could say the same about alot of players to be honest but he was superb.

Also Joe Parkinson was one of the best midfielders I've seen at the club but unfortunately played on through bad medical advice which finished him.

Wouldn't pick anyone above him,but that's just my extremely humble opinion.

This is more of a test

Fellaini
Digne
Mirallas
Jagielka
Heath
Mirallas was never at the races, too inconsistent, stuck up his own arse and saw us off for mugs, however the other four on your list were decent players and did a turn for us, Inchy would have achieved so much more for us if it wasn't for his bad injury.
