Always makes me laugh this criticism. Doesn't matter what Walter said. It was Bill's decision. Is it wrong or worthy of criticism to listen to someones opinion when they might have valuable insight or knowledge greater than your own? Don't we currently criticize Moshiri for maybe not doing this to varying degrees?

Bill appointed Moyes. To claim he never wanted to, or wanted to appoint Megson is laughable. Bill, ultimately, chose his manager. He opted for Moyes. Who he did or didn't listen to is nether here nor there.

Getting decidedly not arsed about thus club anymore. I've never felt more removed from the club. Everything I've seen in the last 6 months suggests a lot of dark arts going on in the background, none of which have the fans and indeed clubs best interests at heart.

Having now quickly recovered from my virility being doubted, I know of a keen supporter of the Lampard's. My daughter's hairdresser from "a north Yorkshire town" had arranged her wedding at a posh venue in S Ireland. She received a phone call from Frank L asking if she would changer her booking because he wanted the same venue and date. She refused, whereupon he asked if she had a mortgage to pay off. The answer was yes, approx. £250K. He paid off her mortgage and she changed her date. She is a big fan of Frank. Bizarrely, for whatever reason, he did not get married at the Irish venue.
