Think I’d go for Potter too. Got a easily identifiable style of play and is getting the best out of a very average Brighton team. We’ve lacked an identity on the pitch for so long and he’d certainly get us playing progressive football.

In an ideal world we’d have a DOF in though to help him with the transfers.

At least that's an intriguing prospect if there's any money.
They'll have to consider paying off Benitez & Potter's Brighton contract (and that might be too much, he has a contract until 2025) + paying Potter more than what Brighton pays him.

Then it would be Potter here with no money once everyone has been paid off.

So he would have to sell the likes of Digne etc.

I'd take Potter on the condition that he's given 3 years to actually build HIS team. We can't bring someone in and expect them to immediately have this group of clowns playing.

Happily let him sell almost any of them too if it raises money to buy players who will actually put in a shift and play for the shirt.

Whoever comes in we need to be harder to beat is a lack of everything so far the dfence is poor. And attacking as a team cant be blamed on missing dcl

No one. The players need to get on with it and play for him regardless of tactics. 7 point gap between us and 18. 7 points can be gone before the end of year. Get it together and play for Rafael regardless of what you think of him. Relegation could be a reality if we keep dropping idiotic points.

Potter started giving Brighton fans grief after a small amount of dissent, he wouldn't last a single 0-0 draw here.

Bring back Davide and we'll win the league purely from set pieces.

Fonseca is an ok shout but doesn't place emphasis on fitness

I want a coach that will come here and put the players through double training sessions everyday & improve people individually, not some fat Spanish lump that dreams of a back 4 of centrebacks

I’d want Moyes.

I wouldn’t have wanted him anywhere near the club 18 months ago but he’s me over but what he’s done at West Ham.

I also think he’s ideal for the situation we’re in now. He would be given time, he’s the only man the fans would give time to as well.

Although I think he’d find it very hard to leave West Ham, I think he’d come back here as he knows there’s lots of money to spend, he’d get very well paid and he’d love to be leading us into the new ground.

For me, we’ll always be his club.

Laughing at the cover stories here for a Benitez successor to make it sound like there's a feasible alternative their pushing for his dismissal in order to install...mentioning all kinds of names when in their heart of hearts they'll be made up with a cone layer stepping up again.

He failed to get a Derby county squad who at the time should of got automatic places, atleast Rooney is challenging himself at a different end, both done the same in management

Well Lampard got to the play offs, and then got Chelsea into the Champions league and kept them in it, enabling Tuchel to win it. So no, it’s not the same.
