Based on what? He did an average job at best with Derby and Chelsea. He talks well and has a lot mates in the media I guess.

He reached the playoff finals with Derby and came within a whisker of promotion before reaching an FA cup final along with a 4th place finish at Chelsea. I'd say that was better then average personally but there you go......
