Well the decision is made. Let’s get behind Frank.

The club need support now.
I echo this, we've been divided by frankly the most bizarre appointment ever made.

It's time to move on and galvanise Goodison support Frank if, as looks likely he is appointed, try and enjoy a tough season end with a view to ensuring survival and build fully throughout this Summer.

If this "review" bears fruit and Mosh sorts out his interference and we get a stable period that sets foundations then we have to embrace what comes now.

It will be nice to be a supportive "Family of Blue" now.

Maybe those who pinned their colours to the wrong mast can be gracious in acceptance and those of us who called it right can be magnanimous as we move forward, we are after all, Toffees first and foremost.

*I'm not expecting miracles on any front though, least of all @ForeverBlue92 to cease his near maniacal ramblings??

I don't know.

Lampard had Chelsea in 9th place, had the worst points per game of any manager under Abramovich and had that Chelsea side looking an absolute shambles from set pieces.

Hopefully he commands a bit more respect from our squad and gets them firing because he lost control extremely quickly at Chelsea.
He didn't lose control though. If he had the Chelsea fans would have been calling for his blood but they weren't. He had about 8 top drawer players faust upon him in one go. He had to integrate these into a settled team. Not surprised he struggled to find the right balance.

Let's just see how it goes before writing him off. IMO he brings more positives than negatives to the table.

Surrounding himself with good coaches will make his job a whole lot easier.

Does make me think Dunc is done & thats why he was summoned to London today.

i think dunc will just be a coach in the background tbh

He reached the playoff finals with Derby and came within a whisker of promotion before winning the FA Cup at Chelsea along with a 4th place finish. I'd say that was better then average personally but there you go......
Plus, if I remember correctly he cobbled together a team of loans at Derby due to their financial situation but got them firing quickly. Did a decent job there if you ask me

Tell you what, I’m so ready for a young manager with everything to prove after a bunch of old ‘I know better than you’ managers. Be a breath of fresh air compared to the likes of Benitez, Allardyce, Koeman and to an extent Ancelotti, Martinez and Moyes who all got stubborn and played weird tactics towards their various ends.

Best of luck Frank, I’m behind you!
