Lampard needs to hit the ground running and turn things around quickly, and coach the players very quickly. Coaching and the defensive set up seems like his biggest weakness as a manager, therefore I’m worried. relegation would be a disaster, and I think this appointment has question marks and risk written all over it.

if we where mid table/top half, then yea maybe the risk is worth taking, but imho there is too much at risk.

At least Lampard doesn't make me want to down bleach like the last appointment did. I'd love to see him make ballsy decision immediately (and be backed to do so). Bin off Tosun and Rondon's contracts, kick El Ghazi back to Villa, bring in 2 PL loans and 2 foreign loans that strengthens defence, midfield x 2 and a back up striker. I would imagine he is well thought of in the game and players would want to play for him at least
