Pereira has been our manager since Monday pal. Haven't you been paying attention?I won’t believe it’s true, until @Theoneandonly tells us it’s a done deal, three hours after it’s officially announced.

Someone who has a good defensive record and/or a record of keeping teams in the premier league. Lampard needs to hit the ground running and turn things around quickly, and coach the players very quickly. Coaching and the defensive set up seems like his biggest weakness as a manager, therefore I’m worried. relegation would be a disaster, and I think this appointment has question marks and risk written all over it.
if we where mid table/top half, then yea maybe the risk is worth taking, but imho there is too much at risk.
Hmmm another bad stench coming from here, cannot think why?I will say it again, In what way is he proven!
He has had 2.5 seasons of experience, 1 of those years he didn’t improve the position of his team, the other 1.5 seasons he displayed shocking defensive coaching and got the sack, also failed to integrate and coach new signings and he had the worst winning % in their premier league history.
Tomorow probAny suggestion as to when an announcement will be made?

He didn't get them out of that League though. You made out like he failed coming 6th with a team of some of the best players in the league. So I am for real. That’s a genuinely hard league to get out of and he done a good job with some good youngsters.

They finished 1 point ahead of Boro and 4 ahead of Forrest.
Derby were a team that were perpetually challenging for promotion prior to Lampard arriving. In the five previous seasons, they finished between 3rd and 9th, with between 67 and 85 points. Lampard finished 6th with 74 points. Bang average.
