Woah there, with nobody in charge of communications until Tuesday. It would be very Everton to go off on a half baked, disorganised media blitz taking the new managers focus away from where it needs to be on deadline day.
My faith in our organisation is non existent. I keep expecting them to announce Howard Kendall for the fourth time

Bishop?

Even funnier...about the only thing that is funny about him.

An anti-vaxxer, unfunny Kopite bell end.
Yeah mate, born in huyton and moved there as a kid with his family, tick's every box of the kopite syndrome. Anyway, back on topic, I'm ok with Lampard coming in.

It blinded some. They couldn’t see anything else. I think they probably answered their phone with ‘yeah but Benitez’. Very unfortunate. His going does remove that division though. We simply have to back the new manager, there’s no angle through which an opposition can be mounted. The behaviour around Pereira has been childish but surely there’s nothing stopping people from finally backing Lampard.
Sadly, even now some will be plottting.

There will be a lot of people licking their wounds over the fact their hero the Galloot never got this job and will be right in there in any downturn of results to get the Lampard Out campaign going.

We all know that.

According to the poll, 2.5% wanted Ferguson. I wouldn’t worry. Do you check under your bed for monsters before going to sleep ?

PMSL at him retaining the accent - he probably left Huyton when he was in the infants or something and had to take scouse elocution lessons to keep the accent up.

An utter phoney.

As sentimental as some may be, and I’m one of them as he is one of my heroes, I never thought for one second that he ever had a chance at manager, he’s far too wet behind the ears for his age

Lamps coming in has to be the appointment to realign the fan base, get the Old Lady bouncing on Saturday and for every home game and it’ll bleed through to the players and we’ll pull through this

He’s a knob, but why the anti-vaxxer shout?

Sorry, yes. I apologise. He's not anti-vax - he's anti-mask.

A weapon lending his support to the questioning of restrictions in the teeth of a pandemic killing millions.

Yeah, that's him, probably trying to hard to copy his arl feller's accent, I personally would rather have a summons drop through my door than listen to him. Anyway Dave, good to have a bit of harmony back on here, let's hope the season finishes well under Lampard.

Like we did against Villa...?
