If I agreed with you, we’d both be wrong.
Well obviously I'm no expert either then. WTF is it so.I'm no expert mate, but I'm pretty damn sure that isn't a house sparrow.

Years ago one of our cats did the same thing. The rabbit was a neighbour's pet and was bigger than the cat, I've no idea how she got it through the cat flap!Next doors cat brought back a rabbit the other night. We’ve had shrews, mice and birds but a rabbit? This thing was flamin massive.
Little bugger.
Saw my neighbour walk through my garden one time. He presumably didn't think I was home,had left my car at work. Oh,and some other badgersI was just cutting the lawn in my back garden and a frog jumped out and hopped to the border. It got me thinking about the creatures i’ve seen in my garden.
I live in West Derby which is a suburb of Liverpool and i’ve been in this house for over 30 years. I reckon i’ve witnessed;
- general British garden birds, but more unusually I have seen quite a few hawks and a heron. I’ve also observed Hedgehogs, squirrels, a rat, a dead field mouse, cats, frogs, dogs and next doors tortoise.
There is so much geographical diversity on here, not just in the U.K. but across the globe and I thought it would be a fascinating insight to see what wildlife others get visiting their gardens. I recall @LinekersLegs mentioning deers in her California garden, I wonder if @TheFinnFan truly sees seal cubs and I dread to think what our Aussie friends witness!!!
So where do you live and what creatures do you see?

Had to google a house sparrow, I've seen them around they're sound enough, I don't like them things on the house whatever they are, it's one subject that I have no interest in, never had and doubt I ever will.Your obviously no photographer either Tipp. lol lol Really can't tell from that pic, but is that nest made of mud? Looks like it. If so, it's more likeley to be a swallow or house martin. Try for a better pic tomorrow

The downside is the number of grey squirrels who are a damned nuisance, they wreck the feeders given half a chance, greedy little sods.
Here's one now complete with the git looking out quality is bad had to zoom.

I don't like anything that sh1ts on my footpath, be it a swallow or sparrow I'd be quite happy if they all headed back to Africa and sh1t on the footpaths over there.Mate that’s a Swallow !!!
How can you not like Swallows ffs ????
You do realise that they flew from Africa to nest in your doorway or where ever !!!!!!!!!!
