On the opposite side, they will have targets both playing and financial they will have to meet. Us holding the tension and unsettling their player, may allow other to go in for their playing targets, create uncertainty around their budget, unsettle their squad and undermine their start to the season.

Is he one of their best players? He had about 2 good games, then got dropped to the bench. He then came on as sub in a few games, ran around a bit because he's fast, and missed a lot of chances. I know he's young, but based on what he's actually done I wouldn't rate him higher than Gray.
