Will Rooney play again for Everton?

Totally agree. Wayne is good, but he's nowhere in the same conversation as Suarez. Suarez on the pitch made Sturridge and Sterling look like great players.
Messi aside, he was a more important and effective player at Utd than Ronaldo.

The Prem is the hardest club football in the world, opinions need to take this into account.

Rooneys never been a world class player, came close a few years ago when he played with ronaldo, and hes obviously on the next level to every player england has had since hes been in the league but hes never been in that bracket of player
It was hard for you to acknowledge how good the rat is and you overcame that. Rooney may of slowed down slightly but not acknowledging that Rooney isn't world class is silly.

Kissing that manc badge whilst wearing his 'once a blue, always a blue' tshirt aside for a second... He is world class or at the very least was.

IMO hes never has been, certainly hasnt come close to being in the bracket of messi and ronaldo, and hasnt been in the one below with the likes of ratboy, xavis, iniestas, Agueros, etc, maybe just that one season when him tevez and ronaldo were on fire was he at that sort of level but that was the one season.

No doubt hes never become as good as he shouldve

*knocks on wood, hope i havent jinxed it and he slots a hattrick now

Aye apart from being Captain for Club and Country, winning all those League titles, Champions Leagues, Caps and assorted other Cups, and soon to become Utd and England's all time top scorer, he's been crap. A waste of a career.

Well that we do know. I absolutely agree there. Almost at the click of your fingers he was changed as a player the minute he wore red. Ferguson molded him into what he wanted for his team and it worked a treat for him and the team. What was plain to see was that whilst wearing red, he wasn't the same player that we sore in blue. We will never know quite how good he could of been. After watching his England performance against Turkey (still an Everton player), i was convinced he would go on and become the best player in the world. His move to Utd changed that and i believe lowered his ceiling in that regard but its a team game and he's reaped rewards in other area's.

Whilst the move to Utd lowered his ceiling on personal greatness, it was still enough for him to be regarded world class.

Now the UK's 2nd richest sportsman, worth £72m. Personally I'd be happy to let him milk the OT ogre for another 4-5 years, making himself richer than Abramovich, then retire from the game, buy up Everton football club, and throw money at us until we become European champions.

You need way way more than £72m to throw money at Everton.

Player-chairman? lol
