5 homes games left.
Need to win 4 of them.
There's only really 4 mid-table teams: Villa, Fulham, Chelsea and soon to be midtable Palace. And we'll play two of them.It is hard to judge.
What usually happens is that you end up with mid table teams who are safe playing with their flip-flops on waiting for the summer. Of our remaining fixtures there is only Fulham who fall into that category.
The interesting thing this season is that there isn't really a mid-table. Teams are either fighting for Europe or battling relegation.
The optimist in me is believing we will beat Spurs and draw against Utd, but deep down I fear two defeats are on the cards for us.
Our remaining games are...
H - Tottenham Hotspur
A - Manchester United
H - Fulham
A - Crystal Palace
H - Newcastle United
A - Leicester City
A - Brighton & Hove Albion
H - Manchester City
A - Wolverhampton Wanderers
H - AFC Bournemouth
The games in green are the ones I'm confident of getting three points from, the ones in orange I think we could get a point at best, and the ones in red I think will be losses. So around nine to twelve points, which would give us what? 35 to 38 points at the end of the Season?
Mind you Leicester City will no doubt have a new manager in place to give them a boost by the time that fixture comes around, so they could become a lot harder to beat. And yes, I do realise that I have us winning none of our remaining home games
That's the madness of Everton; won't win another home game, but will win three away games on the trotYou really think we’ll suddenly win 3 consecutive away games..?
Don't say that. I couldn't take it againWe need a point more then 3 other teams.
That's really all that matters..
This is going to the final wk this season
