Will You Still Go The Match

Can we start a petition for MoTD and Sky to stop showing Everton games. It'll be a lot easier to pretend they don't exist if they're not on TV.

That's my point exactly. After sixty years once a Blue and all that, but all in the top division.
But if crap happens and we do drop down seems a load of our fanbase are done with us.
Or is it frustration and all will be well in the morning?
I expect we'll be like city and villa.
Even in the 3rd tier they were getting 40k crowds.

Nothing whatsoever to like
About the club ,half the fanbase who up until headlock gate still vehemently backed a guy who held this club hostage to feather his own nest for decades ,his then self appointed best thing for bill billionaire who is now non existent whilst trying to sell us to a bunch of cowboys ,a manager that can’t change 1 iota of the playing style and players that deliver the same rubbish week after week without one ounce of shame or fear of consequence, and to top it all we have been managed so poorly we’ve wilfully hung our John Thomas into the mouth of a very vengeful PL

I go to games that I can, and I will continue to go to games that I can. I suggest other fans continue to do what they do. Thats what being a fan is about. Through the good and the bad.

Close thread.

That’s the problem, the good hasn’t been here for a long time although I know some revere the Moyes era.

Being subservient has played a part in the club being the way it is. Negativity should be something to thrive on, prove the opposite, shove it to the critics. It seems to be the opposite here, people don’t like criticism or should I say can handle it and that raises questions in itself.

If you want to be the best or at least aspire to be, Everton is a prime example of how not to go about it.

The motto needs to go as well in all honesty because it isn’t adhered to the majority of the time.

Seeing that from reading the Forum over the last hour, we're all but relegated who is burning their season ticket for next year even before they've got it, or do we just suck it up and accept our lot and start again in August.
Or better still stop our moaning however deserved, and get behind the shower one more time until the fat lady sings?
I started going back to the match this year after a couple of years, having just lost the will to travel and watch us getting worse and worse at times. After a couple of years of not going my first game back, Brighton in November, showed to me what match day was really about, not the buss of seeing the ground, of going on a bit of a spending spree in the club shop because its the only place you can get some Everton gear, and certainly not seeing our mighty blues in the flesh. What I missed most was seeing the lads in town, getting breakfast and having a laugh in the pub before the game, and I think that`s the part of the day that keeps us all going to the match whether its every game home and away, or like myself at the moment, an odd game that I can get over to. Won`t matter what division we`ll be in because I know the craic with the lads on a matchday will still be the same.
