Not sure what you would actually teach him to be honest...he has a huge range of abilities...perhaps just when to go forward and improve his tactical awareness?

Hes 24, but im not knocking him, im talking about his style, which is quite unique.

He may be a bit older than I thought then but it's easy to refine a talented player into a role within the team whilst still early stages.

May take a year sure, not going to kick in overnight but some great players learned specific roles and excelled at them . If this lad is a bit of a rough diamond then refine him into a role to his ability. If he is a crap tackler then don't have him tackle. Just make his strengths his role in the team and use that .

If what he is good at isn't beneficial to the team then don't sign him. I know I'm simplifying it there but you get what I mean
