Considering we had 4 CBs in defence ,a LB at LW ,no CF, and 3 guaranteed starters missing I would have to agree
And still some lads question Carlo
With any manager since Moyes last night would have been a heavy defeat
You could be right but we wouldn't have score if he put that team out .I remember Osman telling that he often told the team to go out and try not to lose -no hope of a win then .

There is 9min highlights via wolves

With any manager Including since Moyes last night would have been a heavy defeat
I was going to add that 'Including' but have given you and Moyes the benefit of the doubt because he once played Hibbo as a Centreback Vs City...and it worked
And he did instigate the very similar 4:6 system.

We'd had plenty of awful results away from home under Moyes though. Occasionally there would be an excellent performance in there. (Wolves away ironically with 3 excellent goals). The fact CA wins more away games than any of them according to this; (they haven't included Moyes). He just, understandably as he is a born winner with his record, has a great way of setting up the team to do a particular job. He'd have known it wasn't going to be pretty yesterday but ultimately the job got done. In comparison, did we ever go away under Moyes with any real confidence that there was a clear, well drilled plan to get a result? Moyes has admitted he'd gone to many players to 'get a point or get out alive'. I know you were not suggesting Moyes is anywhere near Carlo by the way, Just pointing out that CA has done this many times already (he is not perfect, but our players aren't so it wont work as often as it could) and clearly has the nouse for it. I dont really believe Moyes did.

Moyes to his credit had an excellent home record which amplified how bad we were regularly away, CA has managed to knock that barrier down, if we can find some home form and not drop silly points to Leeds, WHU we could really push for something this season. Also believe we'd need some reinforcements and I dont think that will happen.
