It appears to me that if the players follow Carlo’s game plan we are right. Best days work the Board ever done bringing him in and they are to be commended in giving him the money to do the job.

May well be, but I'm enjoying it while it lastsIndeed, but you can't help but feel that the empty stadiums have had a big hand in that.
The fact you don't have Michael Keane in the top 3, it's really funny......MOTM = Doucoure...absolute MACHINE
2nd = Mina...monster
3rd= Iwobi...up and down performances like a yoyo
An an evertonian I can’t help but do this but if we had beat Newcastle, Leeds and West Ham and glyfi scored that last minute chance against Burnley to win us the game then we would be on 43 points and 7 points ahead of Man Utd
I know it’s all swing and roundabouts because we have achieved some unpredictable results in our favour like beating Leicester away and Chelsea at home etc
It’s still mad though to think that could have happened despite all the injuries and richarlisons lack of form and the fact that we haven’t even played amazing football we have just been grinding out wins
I feel I need to watch the game again or rather Doucoure highlights. Last night he drove me nuts... ran around and tried but everything seemed to go wrong for him from my armchair.. seemed a little off the pace..Other than the headed goal, I dont feel Keane was as dynamic as Doucoure, Iwobi or Mina.
Its really quite simple.
We are where we should be in fact performances probably don't warrant us to be this well off. The positive thing from it all is can we honestly say we have dominated many matches???bad habit but I do it too.. dwell on the could haves/ should haves.... thought it at the time but those games are going to come back to bite us as a heck of a missed opportunity this season. I hope not... but....
That and other crap likexG is symbolic of whats wrong with modern football
Given most of the games we have won could have gone either way I don't think we can complain.If only. We hadn't chucked all those points away against West Ham, Leeds, Barcodes.
Look where we'd be now.
Spot on. People just malign the guy if hes not scoring, assisting or crunching. Mr Ancelotti knows hes very reliable....sure I read he believes Siggy would make an excellent coach.I thought he was class today in a unfamiliar position. Put in a proper shift. Very unselfish in making runs off the ball creating space and linked play well

I think Var has been really kind to us too, we definitely have had alot more go for us than against us.
If you don't have faith in Carlo Ancelotti to be your manager you do not deserve to be on the pitch (or any pitch for that matter )The manner of getting pegged back and going on to win with that mad team shows some serious character. Could of easily doubted themselves when conceding as they had a perfect excuse. Showed believe in the tactics as strange and new to them as it was.
