no mate, we have conceded a few goals this season where a player should have been hacked down and take a yellow,. You can easily sub a player off if he is looking like picking up a second yellow but we have found it really difficult to score goals so we should be doing much more to stop conceding. Gana did it last week (or the week before?) Dyche even said himself in the presser we should have taken the foul

Erm, Holgate???

Are we taking that game as a point gained or 2 lost? I still cant decide. I suppose given the circumstances it was a point gained but certainly an opportunity lost.
A point gained.

I cant believe anyone serioulsy thought we'd get a win there yesterday. The Brighton turnover was a freak result. We're good away from home - resolute and disciplined - but we could and should never have been expecting more than a point.

Our players did their job yesterday. No question. They've forced a situation where Leeds cant tip up at West Ham and have a win or draw to put them above us. They have to win, and that hands them a big big task - a team that haven't won since the beginning of April...and only then by winning 2-1 at home to Forest.

To soon the Bournemouth match thread? The relegation thread is like when the marines team go down to the catacombs in aliens.

Why did none of our players stick with Hee Chan?

He ran through the middle & was left completely unchecked.

Some defenders seem to lack any awareness of who is around them. Haaland was left unmarked numerous times against City. His goal was an uncontested header.
I think it was Mina who seemed to get sucked towards the ball as the scorer ran in behind him. He did something similar later in the game but we got away with it.

On the whole, Gueye has been absolutely dreadful. Some of his decision making this season has been one of a player whose mind can't keep up with the pace of the game.

You think he can't do worse than the Brighton at home and he goes and betters himself with the mistake at Arsenal away.

He'll be on a very decent wage as well
I'd dock him a months wage every time he tries a shot.
