When you say 'mistake' what judgement are you applying? It was a phenomenal cross and Keane was straining to get to it. It was also a staggeringly good header. If you're going to sit there and say that was Keane's mistake or fault, I challenge you to get anywhere near it.

Pipe down.

He was caught underneath the ball. It was a mistake on his part. He still played well though.

I would prefer to see Gomes and Morgan after today's performance.

They'd get run through like a knife through butter.

Gana - in the role as a sweeper (not a role he was in today) - is excellent.

He is not the player we should be asking to dictate our play. He's pretty crap at that, as you rightly point out.

Scored a good free kick but gave the ball away multiple times and let Richarlison run off the back of him for the second. The best personification of the over-exaggeration of the quality in that squad.

Everyone gives the ball away mate, he's still a class act.

The cross he put in for their second wasn't bad, like

I agree that their quality has been exaggerated somewhat, but the lad - at 21 - looks a player.

On watching it for about the 300th time there now, I can confirm that it still definitely isn't even a foul.

Awful ref.

I'd say it is a foul mate - he does catch Jota's ankle.

At worst, it's a booking, though, and moving the fk forward just adds further fume.

That being said, Pickford could have done better and ultimately it's Jags' sloppiness that has cost us.
