Speaking from Paris, Prime Minister David Cameron has described the incident as a "sickening attack":

"It is the most appalling crime. We obviously are urgently seeking the full facts of this case but there are strong indications that it is a terrorist incident.

"The police and the security services will get all of the support they need to deal with this. I'll be returning to London tonight to chair a Cobra meeting in the morning.

I am sure the PM would not come out and say it is a terrorist attack without some strong evidence given to him
 
end of the day this is a POLTICIALLY motivated attack towards OUR soldiers, this is just another example of multiculturalism failing where is the one nation Ed you champagne socialist? Cameron you liar? Clegg you apologist? until the people realise civil war is imminent until a non PC gone mad government is elected to sort out these issues we will all be in the **** black or white muslim or Christian.

Yes. I worked for the biggest supplier of prawns and fish to Indian Restaurants in Europe. And without doubt the nicest people you could meet. But try yourself next time in one and you will find that most come from Bangladesh. Almost all of Brick Lane in London is Bangladeshi.

It's got precisely nought to do with multiculturalism. There were psychos 100 years ago and there will always be psychos doing stuff like this.

End of the day, as some of you have quite rightly put, we have our own ****ing psychos to deal with. We do not need the rest of the worlds ****ing problems. So it is everything to do with multiculturalism.

Did they know he was a soldier or did they just want to make a statement?

Why the **** there were people just standing around with video cameras I dont know..
