Give me some of your do's and dont's for a successful day in the workplace. Horror stories also welcome.

I'll start: never, ever microwave fish in a small kitchen. Never

I never understand people who have their lunch at their desks playing candy crush or something. Go for a walk

I don't think there is anything worse than being a rat. Every workplace has at least one rat who can't wait to run along and stick their nose up a managers arse.

What used to really grind my gears is folk who would come to an office / area of an open plan office, stand over my desk and talk LOUDLY to the person opposite.

I'm quite sensitive to noise and general distraction, so I was absolutely stuffed. Incredibly stressful actually.

And yeah, I asked for folk to show consideration. Did they? Nope. Book a meeting room, go the corridor. Koff!
