Hate when co-workers know you have no interest in a subject but continue to bore you about it.

Example being at one of our all staff days one of the finance team insisted on talking about his waltz dancing classes despite me trying to change the subject constantly. It was assigned seating so i couldn't leave. Very nice guy, but one of the most boring people i have ever met.

I have another all staff meeting on Wednesday, wish me luck.

Good luck on Wednesday brother.

Give me some of your do's and dont's for a successful day in the workplace. Horror stories also welcome.

I'll start: never, ever microwave fish in a small kitchen. Never
When I was an apprentice in a garage, one of the guys regularly grilled kippers for his morning break, one day when he left them unattended one of the disgruntled mechanics pet some grinding paste on them, I almost soileed my kecks trying not to laugh as with every bite he would stop and pick bits off his fish.
It didn't stop him but it least it gave us a good laugh.

This sounds fishy to me.
