Rather its Morocco that is seen as kind of danger.

I guess its mostly because nobody here knows much about Canadian football and we are kings in underestimating our opponents. We'll see i guess

Have to admit all of these groups are pretty solid. Even Group A could be tough as they got arguably Africa's best and the Netherlands. Group B, probably the weakest unless Iran is good, can't say I've watched too much iranian footie but they did run through Asia.

Yeah, its more that in footballing terms, Canada is complete unknown for people here. And we got that arrogant "Balkan" mentality (as its called here), "its gonna be easy", always underestimating opponents.

All the nations from this area suffers from it, Serbs especially. Our ex-nation (old Yugoslavia) was infamous for it, always full of talents and always dark horse, but arrogance and "easy" mentality always lead to fuckups.

Played well in a really bad confederation. Unless Germany is still meh that's a tough group for them.

Whilst England have beaten USA in pointless friendlies, England have never beat USA in the 2 World Cup meetings they have had. I think that's pretty significant.
