You can get 11-1 odds on the Germans which seem very generous given their annoying habit of winning it fairly regularly.

Spain at 8-1 also seems decent

I think the German’s are a fairly inexperienced side, they’re meant to be in a “transition” period.

But England are stuttering, France struggled in the Nations League, Portugal could be ageing a bit, which leaves Netherlands? An ageing Belgium or an American side?

In terms of who’s winning it, feels the most open for years.

"Dont write off the Germans" as no doubt you'll hear lots of pundits uttering during the tournement

.

Wonder if it will be a crazy World Cup like 2002 in Japan/South Korea
You never can tell until after it finishes really to decide how good or bad it was. Fingers crossed for a really entertaining one throughout, especially the actual final which too often are just dull.

Flick and Enrique arguably the 2 best managers in the tournament probably

Wouldn’t go far from saying the Danish fella isn’t far off.

The fact he’s got Denmark playing the way they’re playing is astounding. A bit under the radar, but a Euro Semi, a near impeccable WC qualifying campaign, and wins away to France, Austria.

As an international manager I rate Van Gaal highly. Simpler but solid tactical plans work better and he's got that down.
Yes from what I've seen the Dutch have looked decent under him. They could go far.

I've just done a predictor thing and I get a repeat of the 1998 final at the end. But it's very hard to predict. As mentioned above there is no clear standout team.

Good side are Denmark. I think if Eriksson had been fit they might have beat England in the sf
