World Cup 2022

England will top the group then honestly its a complete crapshoot after that. Could see any of the other teams getting 2nd. Not that it will make a world of difference as I can't see the 2nd place team from this group getting anything vs Netherlands/Senegal in the next round

I just feel Wales/USA is a total curveball.

Both lack World Cup experience (player wise), but wales can go into it without the same heavy expectations USA have.

Iran have had all sorts of issues, managers, suppliers you name it, but in theory it’s the closest World Cup they’ll get to a “home” World Cup, and the adapting to the climate(or lack of need to) could really play into their hands.

The USA/Wales game is something I’m very, very excited for, alongside Mexico Vs Poland, Portugal Vs Uruguay and Canada Vs Croatia/Morocco.

Just watched the Netflix "FIFA Uncovered" documentary. All the FIFA staff come off as greedy self-important egomaniac scumbags. Knew the sporting hierarchy was bent but they've taken it to an extreme level. Totally unapologetic about it as well.....

Everyone who is in position of power anywhere is like that, nothing exclusive to FIFA.

Rising to the top and keeping your moral seems to be mission impossible

Started watching it myself, knew there was 'some corruption' but not to that extent.

Can’t put into words how uninterested I am in this sham of a world cup.

All the media now coming out criticising it… Where has the ‘outrage’ been for the past 12 years.
